Steve Benisty was born and raised in Antwerp, Belgium. After moving to Paris & London to study theater, he ultimately settled in NYC's Lower East Side to pursue a career in film and photography. Along the way he travelled extensively to Asia, South America and the Middle East capturing landscapes and portraits unique to each region. His images of artists, collectors and architects have been featured in Marie Claire, Vogue, Interview, ... He is a regular contributor to Whitewall, capturing art installations, architecture designs and the latest luxury items. He's been also been working as a director of photography for different established fashion photographers, shooting perfume ads, skin care products, jewelry and fashion commercials.
