agnès b. Debuts Ryan McGinness In-Store Installation

In honor of the collaboration with New York artist Ryan McGinness, agnès b. will present an in-store installation “Signals: Units of Meaning: Drawings of Elements & Compounds” at Galerie Boutique in New York on Saturday, April 30.

The project features a T-shirt, several mugs, a vinyl tote bag, patches, a skateboard, site-specific wallpaper, and a large-format painting. On opening day, agnès b. will also offer a limited-edition book.

The T-shirt, designed by McGinness, is inspired by early ‘90s skate culture, featuring graphic icons in red, black, and white. The artist originally got the idea for his design from “Signs,” an installation he produced in the streets of downtown New Year two years ago.
