Jason Wu’s Top Five Art World Looks

Since the debut of his first ready-to-wear collection in 2006, Jason Wu has made a name for himself with fashion lovers all over the world. And the 28-year old designer has not allowed his success make him idle. This January saw the unveiling of his newest collection, Miss Wu, which was launched exclusively through Nordstrom.

The Miss Wu collection is a contemporary label that utilizes Jason Wu signatures such as luxe fabrics, exclusive prints, and intricate detailing. The collection aims to balance “a relaxed downtown attitude with the spirit of a modern, but strong gamine.” In honor of the launch, Whitewall asked Wu to select five looks appropriate for an exhibition opening at a museum, on the Upper East Side, in Chelsea, on 57th street, and on the LES.
