Brand New: Lehmann Maupin, Kate Spade, Acne Studios, and More

Eliza Jordan

13 December 2017

The holidays are right around the corner. We’re checking our list, and crossing it off more than a few times. After all, there are so many gifts to give, and so many wonderful new ones this season. Below, we’re highlighting a few of our favorite new products for the festivities ahead.

Lehmann Maupin, in collaboration with Artspace, is hosting a pop-up holiday shop at its Chelsea gallery. The shop is featuring unique prints, works, books, posters, and a selection of the gallery’s anniversary editions. A portion of the proceeds benefit ConPRmetidos—an organization helping those affected by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. Tomorrow, the gallery welcomes guests to an opening reception from 6–8 p.m., and the shop will be open Friday and Saturday (December 15 and 16) from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Kate Spade has debuted its holiday collection, which features festive clothing, handbags, accessories, and home goods. The new line celebrates celestial patterns, like constellations and stars, and celebratory products that are seen at parties and on special holidays, like champagne bottles on New Year’s Eve and love letter boxes on Valentine’s Day. Our favorite is the Constellation Marci Bag, equipped with a small battery-powered light pack inside, which features constellations that twinkle in the dark.

Acne Studios is showing its spring/summer 2018 collection, gearing up for 2018 in heightened fashion. Jackets, shirts, sheer dresses, and tailored suits are seen with long silhouettes, oversized collars, and embellishments.

AERIN has presented its spring 2018 collection full of must-have decorative accessories for the season ahead, and for years to come. With special products like gold sea urchin salt and pepper shakers, embossed serving trays, place card holders, cocktail picks, vases, and more, the brand is showing new textures like suede and cane. One of our favorites is the new suede jewelry box in a light blue.

Athletic Propulsion Labs (APL), founded by Adam and Ryan Goldston in 2009, is also showing its new collection of fashionable athletic footwear. Our favorite is the Ascend Leopard shoe, while so many other fun prints and styles caught our eyes.
